Upon successful registration, you will be granted access to the API in accordance with the subscription plan you select. Subscription Plans and Payments

Mediacrawlers offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Provides 100 requests per month at no cost.
• Paid Plans: Three different subscription plans, each offering a limited number of requests per month. These plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Custom Plans: Available upon request, where you can negotiate specific terms, including the number of requests and pricing, based on your unique needs.

Subscription payments are processed via third-party payment systems. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

API Access and Limitations

The Mediacrawlers API provides access to a set of limited endpoints based on data sourced from social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. You are only permitted to use the API within the limits of the chosen subscription plan, which determines the number of requests you can make each month. There are no additional restrictions imposed beyond the limits of the plan selected. Mediacrawlers does not guarantee the availability of any specific data or functionality within the API beyond those specified in your selected plan.

Disclaimer

The Mediacrawlers API is an unofficial service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta (the parent company of Facebook and Instagram) or ByteDance (the parent company of TikTok). Mediacrawlers aggregates data from these platforms and provides users with a tool for accessing this data. The API does not access or interact with the proprietary systems of Meta or ByteDance and is solely responsible for the data it aggregates and presents.

Data Collection and Use

During your use of the Website and API, Mediacrawlers may collect certain information, including but not limited to:

• Your email address during the registration process.
• Analytical data via Google Analytics to improve the service and enhance the user experience.

Request logs will be stored for a period of one (1) year from the date of the request. These logs are accessible to you for analysis and may be used by Mediacrawlers for internal purposes, such as product improvement and service optimization. All data collected is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties. Mediacrawlers reserves the right to analyze collected data to improve the overall functionality of the Website and API.

Billing and Payments

Billing for subscription plans will be processed through third-party payment systems. Mediacrawlers does not collect or store any payment data, and we do not have access to your payment information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment details when entering them into the payment processing system.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Mediacrawlers to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. If there is an issue with your payment, Mediacrawlers may suspend or terminate your access to the API until payment is successfully processed.

Account Deletion and Data Removal

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time by submitting a request to our technical support team. Upon account deletion, all user-related data will be permanently removed from our systems, except for any data required to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes, as outlined in these Terms.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Mediacrawlers API is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied. Mediacrawlers does not warrant that the API will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from defects. You agree that your use of the Website and API is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mediacrawlers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Website or API, even if Mediacrawlers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms
